Traveling gantry crane semi-annual inspection-Jinrui Machinery

The traveling gantry crane semi-annual inspection includes the following 9 items:

1. Check the traveling gantry crane each mechanism brake wear, replace the worn parts, and lubricate the rotating parts.

2. Check the electromagnet, remove the dirt, and check the short-circuit ring, solenoid coil, and wiring connection.

3. Check and adjust the braking torque, magnet stroke, clearance between brake and brake wheel.

4. Check the gear engagement and wear, replace damaged parts, remove oil leakage, clean and lubricate, and tighten all connecting bolts and anchor bolts.

5. Check all electrical components, check the fastening status of controller, resistors, terminal blocks, connection screws and fasten them one by one.

6. Check the traveling gantry crane wheels running condition and wear, lubricate the bearings.

7. Check the insulation status of all electrical equipment, replace that do not meet the technical requirements.

8. Check whether the welds of main beams and end beams are welded, rusted, whether there are fatigue cracks in major stress areas, the various guard rails or brackets are in good condition ir not.
