Deflection means that the axis which perpendicular to structural member axis or the midline will displace because of the structural member bending.

Deflection detector can measure two-dimensional changes of vertical and horizontal relative displacement of objects at any angle, which is mainly used for static and dynamic deflection measurement of bridges, completion and acceptance of bridges; special bridges such as military pontoons and suspension bridges detection; the deformation of the wharf vibration displacement monitoring; or the deformation of the large span beams, columns, high buildings, cranes, drilling platforms, etc

Single girder gantry crane deflection detection

Install the deflection detector on the detector holder and place it on the detection point. On the single girder gantry crane, according to the measured point to install the other deflection detectors sequentially.

Connect the deflection detector with terminal controller through the transmission cable, when the single girder gantry crane loading, the main girder deflect and deform, displacement sensor of the deflection detector will measure the deformation displacement, and transfer to the terminal controller.

By the terminal controller software processing, display the corresponding main girder vibration maximum deflection, minimum deflection and so on.
