1. Simple gantry crane use

(1) The operator should strictly observe the gantry crane operating procedures, master the gantry crane performance, the correct use the gantry crane, strictly prohibit overload or operating with mechanical failure.

(2) The lifting chains or wire ropes must be of sufficient strength, firm and reliable, and should be padded at the acute angle when lifting heavy objects.

(3) The gantry crane lifting and moving, the wire rope or chain should be perpendicular to the ground, prohibit draging or forced hanging the heact objects in the underground.

(4) When lifting heavy objects, it is forbidden to pass over the people head.

(5) When the work is done, the heavy objects should not be suspended in the air.

2. Simple gantry crane maintenance

(1) Every six months, plus lubricating oil once to turn the rotating part.

(2) According to the usage condition, should regularly paint to prevent corrosion. Open using, paint once a year; indoor using, paint two years.
