The cost of industrial gantry crane is high, purchase should be cautious. When choosing a industrial gantry crane, you can start from the following aspects:

1. Single beam and double beam. According to the actual demand, if the lifting weight is below 50t and the span is less than 35m, the single beam gantry crane is economical if it can meet the requirements of use. If the lifting weight is large, the span is required to be long, and the work duty is heavy, should be used double beam gantry crane.

2. Span, cantilever length. The span of the industrial gantry crane should be determined according to the space of the site and the size of the mainly lifted objects. On the basis of meeting the requirements for use, try to choose the gantry crane with a smaller span.

3. Track. When determining the track, make sure that the gantry frame is stable along the track.

4. Electrical equipment. The electrical equipment on industrial gantry crane shall comply with the requirements of GB/T14406-1993.
