Mobile gantry cranes delivery check-Jinrui Machinery

Mobile gantry cranes should mainly check the following tasks after delivery:

1. Check whether the name, specification and model of the mobile gantry cranes are consistent with the design requirements;

2. Check whether the mobile gantry cranes packing list, factory inspection form, drawings, instructions, certificate and other random documents are not complete;

3. Inventory all parts, accessories and special tools according to the packing list;

4. Each part and component has no defects, damage, deformation or rust;

5. After the parts and special tools should be kept in good condition;

6. The electrical installation parts should be kept by the electrical installation unit and must not be deformed, damaged or lost.

7. The mobile gantry crane data should be kept by the data officer for inspection and delivery during installation.
