1. Brake and gasket clearance is too large, resulting in brake failure. Brake and gasket clearance is too small, will cause mobile gantry crane need additional power consumption, accelerate brake pad wear.
2. The brake hinge is stuck, braking torque is too large, or hydraulic push rod brake does not use the proper grease.
3. Between brake pads and brake wheel, produce oil spots due to the accumulation of oil, dust.
4. The brake pads on the brake wear seriously, the main spring flexibility weaken.
