During Gantry crane using, need to maintain its metal parts:
1. When transportation, should try to prevent structure deformation, collision, damage, etc.
2. Strictly carry out the gantry crane steel structure scrapped standards.
3. Should check the gantry crane main load structural components, such as the metal fatigue, weld cracks, structural deformation, etc, especially the main weld and heat affected zone, if abnormal, should be dealt with.
4. Gantry cranes should carry out daily inspection every 80h, check the fastening condition of the bolts at the connection parts. If loosening, timely tighten them.
5. When the gantry cranes appear abnormal sound, or faulty operation, or safety protection device failure, etc, should be carafully inspect and maintain by professional engineers and technicians, and make a record.
6. Every six months to one year, the Gantry crane should inspect, paint once again. If need paint, should remove the metal surface rust, oil and other dirt.
