1. Before the Gantry Crane using, the Gantry crane manufacturer should training the gantry crane user about installation, maintenance, safety technology, mainly includes gantry crane operator, signal commander, maintenance personnel.
 
2. The gantry crane manufacturer should teach the operators to strictly enforce safety procedures and safety regulations, how to fill the appropriate records.
 
3. The gantry crane manufacture should guide the manage personnel and operating personnel carry out the gantry crane inspections and records before and after the using, and shall training them how to deal with the hidden dangers or other unsafe factors. When the situation is urgent, the equipment should be stopped and call the gantry crane manufacturer for help.
 
4. The gantry crane manufacturer should place a maintenance manual in the driver cabin, as well as the relevant operational safety procedures, maintenance green telephone, mobile phone. The gantry crane driver should take a mobile phone (but forbid to receive the call during operation), in order to timely report the abnormality and ask for help.
 
5. The gantry crane manufacturer should teach the user about relevant laws, regulations, standards, help the user with corresponding safety protection, set the safety warning in prominent position.
