The electric hoist gantry crane is the light duty gantry crane, often is single beam type, is designed and manufactured according to the standard JB566.3.2-91. It is used with CD, MD and other electric hoists to become a light and small single beam hoist crane. It is mainly used for loading, unloading and handling materials in open storage yards. Electric hoist gantry crane lifting weight is 3-20T and span is generally smaller than 22m. The operating form is divided into two types: the ground pendant control and the driver's cab, the structure is simple, the maintenance is convenient, and the dead weight is light.

Electric hoist gantry crane structure

The electric hoist gantry crane is composed of main beam, support leg, upper end beam and lower end beam. The bridge frame is divided into box shape and truss form, which are respectively welded by steel plate and section steel. The latter has light weight and high wind pressure, but the process is not as good as the former. In order to facilitate storage and transportation, the main beam, the legs and the lower beam are connected by bolts.

The electric hoist gantry crane adopts the electric hoist as the hoisting mechanism. the crane running mechanism adopts the "three-in-one" mechanism.
