Adverse effect of gantry crane ＂skew＂ fault

Some we can control, but some fault we can not. Such as "skew". After a long-running process, Gantry crane will appear "skew" fault. Here we work together to explore the adverse effect of "skew" failure.

1. Due to gantry crane metal rail deformation, it may intensify the wheels abrasion. Long-term wheels abrasion, the "skew" will be more serious, then still intensify wheels abrasion. That will reduce wheels service life, increase manufacturing costs, delay production processing period.

2. Gantry crane "skew" failure will cause the track offset itself position, increase track wear, even cases the track wear out the stairs, eventually it have to relace rail track.

3. Gantry crane "skew" fault will cause the device to generate a horizontal lateral force, cause the device vibration to loosen track fastener, eventually affect the beam, bridge structure firmness at different degrees.
